Information requested

The figures each year beginning 10 March 2014 up to date of response (i.e. 10/03/14 - 31/12/14; 01/01/15- 31/12/15; 01/01/16 -31/12/16; 01/01/17 - 26/07/17) for the total number of basic disclosures issued relating to applications for Basic Disclosures from England and Wales (applying the England and Wales Basic LASPO rehabilitation jurisdiction) for the total number of certificates issued which revealed an unspent conviction (summary, triable either way or indictable) for motoring/driving offences - where the applicant was aged under 18 at the date of conviction/sentence.

1) How many of these certificates issued revealed motoring offences (one or more) as well as other convictions when the applicant was under 18 at date of conviction/sentence.

2) How many of these certificates issued revealed ONLY motoring offences (one or more) when the applicant was under 18 at date of conviction/sentence.

2) How many of the certificates issued revealed motoring offences (one or more) as well as other convictions when the applicant was under 18 at time of application for the certificate.

3) How many of the certificates issued reveal ONLY motoring offences (one or more) when the applicant was under 18 at time of application for the certificate.
