Meeting on the Non-domestic rates: FOI release
Information requested
A copy of all background notes and/or briefing/s provided to the Cabinet Secretary for Finance and the Constitution with regard to the meeting with Roy MacGregor, Chairman of Global Energy Group in relation to the meeting on the Non-domestic rates held on 1st March 2017.
In addition, and again under Freedom of Information legislation I request a copy of any minute and note taken during or subsequent to this meeting.

I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested.
I attach a copy of the briefing provided to the Cabinet Secretary for Finance and the Constitution, Derek Mackay in preparation of the meeting on 1st March 2017.
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested. The reasons why we don't have the information are explained below.
