During the period 1 April 2016 to 20 May 2017 (or the latest 12 month period available), please can you tell me how many people were convicted and sentenced in court for offences relating to non‐disclosure of medical issues to the DVLA.

The latest available information from the Scottish Government Criminal Proceedings database is for the financial year 2015-16.
