As noted in my email of 18 March, I understand that the request for the period October 2024 onwards can be fulfilled within the cost limit. On that basis, could you please confirm that you will now provide the requested dataset for the period October 2024 to the present date.

In reference to your recent requests on this subject, we have interpreted your request as follows.

Details of Social Security Scotland invoices not paid within 30 days from October 2024, which includes the following 6 data fields: 1. Supplier Name

2. Invoice Date

3. Invoice Received Date

4. Invoice Due Date

5. Gross Invoice Value

6. Payment Date

Please find attached a document which contains the information requested.

As noted in the 2024–25 Annual Report and Accounts, payment performance decreased during a period of system transition, which affected established purchase-to-pay timescales and processes. Work is ongoing to stabilise and improve performance, with a focus on ensuring suppliers are paid promptly following receipt of goods and service.
