How much does the Scottish Government pay Inspiring Scotland annually to administer funds such the Equalities and Human Rights Fund? (Please can you provide this broken down by financial year).

I have interpreted your request to relate to the period from financial year 21/22 when the Equality and Human Rights Fund commenced. I have referred only to payments to Inspiring Scotland for managing funds and individual grants related to the remit of the Directorate for Equality, Inclusion and Human Rights (DEIHR). For the period 21/22 to 24/25 Inspiring Scotland managed the Equality and Human Rights Fund and the Delivering Equally Safe Fund.
The Scottish Government entered into a new contract with Inspiring Scotland for DEIHR grants from 1 October 2025. The contract was subject to competitive tender based both on quality of service and price. Under that new contract, Inspiring Scotland were appointed to manage individual grants to a further 27 individual organisations, as well as coninuing to manage the Equality and Human Rights Fund and Delivering Equally Safe Fund.
