Grant agreement forms that explain the terms and conditions of funding received by the following 10 organisations which were awarded grants under the Delivering Equally Safe Fund for 2026-27:

Delivering Equally Safe Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions of funding attached to the Delivering Equally Safe fund, for the requested organisations, are available through the grant offer letters sent to you on 16 June 2026. This was in reply to your FOISA (reference 202600516968) request of 17 May 2026.
The terms and conditions document can be accessed through the link in the section of the grant offer letters headed “Grant Offer Terms and Conditions: Award offer terms”. An example of the document, which can be access through the link, is enclosed with this letter for your information. Please note, while the document supplied is a blank example, the terms and conditions it contains are the same as those applied to all organisations awarded funding under the Delivering Equally Safe fund.

A table noting all organisations awarded funding for 2026-27 from the Delivering Equally Safe fund, and the amount of funding awarded, is provided as a separate attachment.
