(1) How many people have the Scottish Government identified to have had their conviction quashed under the Post Office (Horizon System) Offences (Scotland) Act 2024?

(2) Of those people identified, how many people have the Scottish Government been able to contact so far?

The answer to your questions is included below.

(1) The Scottish Government have identified 64 individuals who have had a relevant conviction quashed under the Post Office (Horizon System) Offences (Scotland) Act 2024, and one individual with an alternative to prosecution within the scope of the Act.

(2) The Scottish Government have been able to contact 61 individuals out of the 65 individuals with relevant convictions or an alternative to prosecution, and address tracing efforts continue for the 4 individuals who have not yet been traced.
