How much money did the Scottish Government get in Barnett consequentials as a result of this £1.6bn fund and where did it go?

There is no documentation held by the Scottish Government that falls within your specified request.
We are unable to confirm how much, if any, additional funding was received through the Barnett formula as a result of this specific policy. This announcement relates to a UK Government spending commitments in 2025-26 from phase one of the 2025 UK Spending Review.
At Spending Reviews the Scottish Government receives additional Barnett funding for the net changes in departmental totals only, rather than being provided with a programme level breakdown.
The total funding received through our block grant was included in the 2025-26 Scottish Budget. Spending decisions are set out in the same document which can be founded online at:
