Please provide:
Their full ministerial diary/schedule for each date (including meetings, visits, events, internal engagements, travel, media, parliamentary commitments, and any other diary entries). Any briefing headers or short descriptions accompanying the diary entry (not the full briefing unless easily retrievable). If any diary entry was cancelled, rescheduled, or moved, please confirm this and provide the original entry where held.

Question 3:
This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested because the private offices in questions don’t keep a record of the diary entries which have been cancelled, rescheduled or moved.
