Response

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested. By way of explanation, it may be helpful to be aware that the lead Scottish Government Minister for misogyny legislation was the Cabinet Secretary for Justice and Home Affairs. In addition, written engagement between SG officials and Ministers in relation to the misogyny legislation has been carried out at a rank lower than Deputy Director level.
