Information requested

1) Number of people employed or contracted by Scottish Public Pensions Authority (SPPA) that were working on Saturday 31 May 2025.

Of that number

2) How many were engaged with producing RSS statements for retired police officers impacted by the ‘McLeod remedy’.

Zero returns to be included in any response if applicable.

Response

1) We cannot advise the number of people employed or contracted across SPPA that were working on Saturday 31 May as this information is not held in a single source.

2) Five people in our Police & Fire area are noted as working on Saturday 31 May, but we cannot break that down into work that is either directly or indirectly related to McCloud Remedy.

We do not hold working times for all contractors. We do not have an oracle report covering all overtime. The police & fire team data was collated by the team managers covering that area.
