Please provide details of any payments made to Starlink over the last five years.

The answer to your question is contained in the table below. There are charges for the hardware and monthly subscription fees pertinent to the Core Scottish Government Starlink installation. There are similar charges for an installation serving the Marine Directorate which enables connectivity of ships out at sea.
