Response
1. In relation to risk registers, I can confirm the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested. For the information you require, please contact NHS National Services Scotland (NSS) who have been commissioned by the Scottish Government to lead on the overall Digital Front Door Programme, at NSS.DigitalFrontDoorPMO@nhs.scot, and they will be able to provide further support to your request.
2. I enclose a copy of most of the information you requested. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested due to exemptions under the following sections;
29(1)(a) of FOISA (information relating to the formulation/development of government policy). This exemption applies because disclosure of information relates to the formulation or development of government policy. 30(b) (free and frank provision of advice or exchange of view). This exemption applies because disclosure would be likely to inhibit substantially the free and frank provision of advice, as well as the free and frank exchange of views for the purposes of deliberation. 38(1)(b) of FOISA (the personal information) applies to some of the information requested. This exemption applies because disclosure would contravene data protection principles.
