You asked for the following information:
The legal deadline was 31st March for issuing RSS, can you tell me how many RSS were issued for any Firefighter pension schemes by the deadline? Did SPPA identify & categories specific cases that you wished to extend the deadline to? Did SPPA use a blanket approach to extend the legal deadline on all outstanding cases? Did the scheme managers ask the Pension Regulator permission to extend the legal deadline?
