Could you supply all documentation held by the Scottish Government, including correspondence sent and received (including internal), briefings, minutes/notes from meetings, analysis, about the sale of Torsa in Argyll, between July 1 2024 and November 1 2024?

Responding to this request has been done so with a presumption in favour of the release of information, with the use of exceptions undertaken in a restrictive manner and where necessary giving consideration to the public interest test. In this case the decision was made to release some of the information requested which is attached to this email.

An exception under section 38 of the freedom of information regulations applies to some of the information requested because it is personal data of a third party and disclosing it would contravene the data protection principles in Article 5(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation and in section 34(1) of the Data Protection Act 2018.

An exemption under Section 30(c) of FOISA applies to some of the information requested due to the potential for substantial harm to the effective conduct of public affairs.

An exemption under Section 30(b) of FOISA applies to some of the information requested due to the potential for substantial harm to the free and frank exchange of views.
