1) Has or did the Scottish Government order any kind of internal review and/or investigation as a result of the discovery that it had misled the SIC?
2) I request a copy of any report or communications surrounding such internal review and/or investigation.
3) Has anyone within the Scottish Government been dismissed or disciplined as a result of misleading the SIC?

This is a formal notice under section 17(1) Information not held of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not hold the information you have requested.
This is because there was no internal review or investigation undertaken. Information provided to the Commissioner when the original FOI was appealed, was provided in good faith and reflected the Scottish Government's understanding at that time.
