Information requested

1: Please provide copies of correspondence or communications between SPPA chief executive Stephen Pathirana and HMRC representatives regarding delays to Police Pension RSS for immediate detriment retired officers (Tax guidance) (Please include dates correspondence was sent and received) (Also include most up to date information from HMRC regarding the current position with the tax complications and details of the individual reviewing/ approving)

2: Please provide copies of correspondence or communications between SPPA chief executive Stephen Pathirana or other SPPA representative with I.T specialists/ technicians specifically relating to issues regarding computerised tax calculations (RSS related) for immediate detriment retired police officers.

3: Please provide copies of correspondence /communications/minutes between SPPA chief executive Stephen Pathirana or other SPPA representative with Scottish Government ministers and Police Scotland executive, regarding potential delays to the issue of RSS to retired police officers.
