The total number of Sheriff Court appeals lodged since commencement of the PVG Act is 87.
2. How many listing decisions by Disclosure Scotland have been overturned by the court, in favour of the appellant?
There have been 7 listing decisions overturned in favour of the appellant since commencement of the PVG Act.
