Information requested
1. The name of the supplier and the name of the solution used for HR and/or Payroll at The Scottish Government.
2. When the current contracts for HR and payroll are ending.
3. Does the Scottish Government intend to procure for replacement solutions in 2025 or 2026?
Response
The Scottish Government has recently implemented a suite of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications to manage its HR, finance and procurement functions. We do not intend to procure for replacement solutions in 2025 or 2026.
Some of the information you have requested is available from Public Contracts Scotland under contract IDs 703306 (Award of Provision of Back Office Software Services), 756898 (BACS Payments Processing - Phase 2) and 780977 (DFM-Paygate on-premise). Under section 25(1) of FOISA, we do not have to give you information which is already reasonably accessible to you.
