The following information:
The amount of SPPA members who applied and were successful on their Contingent Decision Application retired with pension benefits under Legacy 1987 Scheme each month between and inclusive of 1st October 2023 and 31st August 2024.
Response
The amount of SPPA members who applied and were successful on their Contingent Decision retired with pension benefits under Legacy 1987 Scheme each month between and inclusive of 1st October 2023 and 31st August 2024 is nil. 23 members were successful in their application, but none have retired to date.
