Information requested

1. All correspondence between officials in the Scottish Government’s justice and legal directorates and Malcolm McMillan, including to Mr McMillan’s Hotmail account, on or after 29th May 2024; and

2. In particular, even if the content of a particular item of correspondence is exempt under Freedom of Information correspondence, please provide me with the date, time, and subject matter of the correspondence.

Response

The Scottish Government has published correspondence and information about the preparation of Mr McMillan’s baseline report on the role of the Law Officers in a previous FOI query (including correspondence between Scottish Government officials and Mr McMillan) which for your interests covers the period 29 May to 11 June 2024 and is available here:
