What is the yearly projected cost of the 10.2% increase given to Consultant Doctors?

Response

The total cost invested in the Consultant's pay offer is £124.9 million which equates to 11% including the £5.7 million invested to uplift Discretionary Points. However, for clarification, in your request you state 10.2%. If we have misinterpreted this, please let us know.
