Information requested
A list of all Junior Doctor (“Doctor in Training”) rotas that have failed monitoring / compliance exercises over the past twelve months.
With reference to [2014] EWCA Civ 1086, I request the data in the following format:

I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested in the format you asked for within Annex 1 of this letter.
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested. The reason why we don't have some of the information is also explained within Annex 1.
Annex 1 The Scottish Government does not hold the most up to date information but I have included the most recent data we have on this subject. As monitoring is completed in six monthly cycles there will be rotas that have become non-compliant, and others that have become compliant as monitoring is an ongoing process. The most up to date information can be obtained directly from NHS Boards.
