Could you supply the full costs to the Scottish Government of planning and implementing the National Care Service scheme, with a breakdown per year and what the money was spent on?

Please find below a breakdown of the high level costs of the NCS since it's inception in 2021/22.
These costs have been taken from the financial ledger. (Note - in 2023/24 the sub ledger codes for Co-Design and Grant Funding were added to provide additional detail).
