The answer to your question are noted below.

2) How much is Angus Robertsons budget and is it value for money? (Any proof would be much appreciated).

Mr Robertson's budget is available in the following link, which sets out the work of the portfolio. The budget document also indicates the value for money delivered by this spend and outlines the contribution of the portfolio to the national outcomes: Annex A.9 – Constitution, External Affairs & Culture - Scottish Budget: 2024 to 2025 - gov.scot (www.gov.scot)

The Constitution, External Affairs & Culture Annex in the equality and fairer Scotland budget statement provides further information in relation to equality outcomes, is available in the link below: Scottish Budget 2024 to 2025: equality and fairer Scotland statement - gov.scot (www.gov.scot)

4) If as a minority govt every one votes against your budget in December, do you have to call an election or will you make a deal that will be to the detriment of Scotland?

If the Scottish Budget Bill is not approved by the Scottish Parliament, it will be for Scottish Ministers and the Scottish Parliament to determine the next steps.
