Information requested
1. What payments, if any, you made to Stonewall (officially Stonewall Equality Limited) in the financial year 2022/23.
2. What payments, if any, you made to Stonewall (officially Stonewall Equality Limited) in the financial year 2023/24.
3. What payments, if any, you expect to make to Stonewall (officially Stonewall Equality Limited) in the current financial year.

Regarding the first two queries, this information is available in the public domain and can be found at https://www.gov.scot/publications/equality-and-human-rights-fund-projectsfunded/ for the years 2021 to 2024.

Regarding the query ‘what payments, if any, you expect to make to Stonewall (officially Stonewall Equality Limited) in the current financial year’, Stonewall Scotland has been allocated £106,505 through the Equality and Rights Fund for the period 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025.
