The following information relating to the period 1st January 2023 to 31st December 2023:
Total number of Trust Deeds, Sequestration awards (split by debtor application and creditor petition) and Debt Arrangement Scheme per Trustee/Company appointed. The average contribution per month in a Trust Deed, Sequestration & Debt Arrangement Scheme made by a debtor. The average total fee charged in respect of all Trust Deeds and Sequestrations (split by debtor application and creditor petition) which were closed within the period. Average debt level per Trust Deed, Sequestration and Debt Arrangement Scheme. Total number of Trust Deeds which failed to be protected, per Trustee, during the period. The number of debtors who were refused their discharge from their Trust Deed within the period. Total number of open Trust Deeds, Sequestrations, Debt Arrangement Schemes, per Trustee/ Company appointed as at today’s date (29/02/24)
