Information requested
Data on the student loan payments that SAAS administer on behalf of the Student Loans Company from 2013.
Response
Thank you for your request under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA) for data on the student loan payments that SAAS administer on behalf of the Student Loans Company from 2013.
Please note SAAS only assess the loan applications; it is the Student Loans Company who pay them out.
Please also note that whilst SAAS pay out bursaries/grants, we are only providing the information in relation to loans as requested.
I have attached a separate document that details the loan rates for the relevant years 2013-2014 to 2024-2025.
If you require anything more specific in relation to monthly loan payments, you will need to contact the Student Loans Company direct.
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response, by contacting the SAAS Chief Executive by emailing SAAS_FOI_Mailbox@gov.scot. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 40 working days from the date when you received this letter.
