Information requested

Any correspondence sent or received on behalf of Minister for Higher and Further Education Graeme Dey, and Minister for Education Jennifer Gilruth, to or from Glasgow City Council, pertaining to funding for DYW Glasgow for 24/25 and when the Scottish Government sent its notice of an extension of grant funding for 24/25 for DYW Glasgow, to the Glasgow Chamber of Commerce.

Response

1. Please see Annex A which contains any correspondence sent or received on behalf of Minister for Higher and Further Education Graeme Dey, and Minister for Education Jennifer Gilruth, to or from Glasgow City Council, pertaining to funding for DYW Glasgow for 24/25. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because an exemption(s) under section(s) s.38(1)(b) (personal information) of FOISA applies to that information.

2. Scottish Government sent the grant offer letter for funding for 24/25 to DYW Glasgow City Regional Economic Partnership on 11th April 2024. Please see Annex B which contains the information you have requested. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because an exemption(s) under section(s) s.38(1)(b) (personal information) of FOISA applies to that information.
