Agenda, Attendees and Minutes from Cairngorms National Park visit: FOI release

“Lorna Slater MSP, Minister for Green Skills, Circular Economy, and Biodiversity, visited the Cairngorms National Park and surrounding areas on August 25th. I would be grateful to receive a copy of the agenda for meetings, who the Minister met and minutes of the meetings”.

We have organised the requested information within the Annexes to this response:
Annex A is the agenda and attendees on each day of the two day visit, 24 and 25 August 2023 Annex B documents the meeting notes for 1) the meeting with representatives from the Caenlochan Section 7, Deer Management Group and NatureScot at Braemar at 1145 to 1240; 2) lunchtime visit to local producers of venison and, 3) the meeting with Cairngorms National Park Authority and NatureScot at Muir of Dinnet at 1415 to 15:30.
The Minister visited a number of projects and initiatives within the National Park on an informal basis during this two day visit. Therefore there were no other formal minutes captured on 24 August and no formal minutes captured on 25 August.
