Framework for the Provision of Admin, Catering and Manual Staff Services: FOI release
Information requested
Under the Freedom of Information [Scotland] Act 2002] we formally request the information listed below in relation to the Scottish Governments Framework for the Provision of Admin, Catering and Manual Staff Services [North/South].
[1] Total spend for each public body between 01 Jan 2023 – 31 March 2023 and to which agency (including agencies who are now no longer on the framework) for both Frameworks (Generation 2 & 3)?
[2] Number of jobs held by each agency at 31-March-23 (including agencies who are now no longer on the framework) for both frameworks (generation 2 & 3)?
Response
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested.
The Scottish Government did not have a framework for the Provision of Admin, Catering and Manual Staff Services, South under the 2nd generation framework. Consequently, we are unable to provide the data requested.
We are also unable to provide the number of job roles held for the 3rd or 4th generation of these frameworks by each agency at 31st March 2023. To ensure compliance with Data Protection Act requirements, we have changed the format in which we collate and hold management information for these frameworks from 1st April 2023. As such we no longer hold data which allows a breakdown of individual job roles (i.e. number of individuals) per agency/framework. Consequently, we are unable to provide the data requested.
This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested.
