Financial Memorandum to the Abortion Services (Safe Access Zones) (Scotland) Bill: FOI release

The recently published Financial Memorandum to the Abortion Services (Safe Access Zones) (Scotland) Bill states (para 28)
“the Scottish Government has received data from Police Scotland which provides the number of incidents reported to Police Scotland between January 2022, up to and including October 2022. This data has been used in tables 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10….”
I would like see full details of this data including every incident; the date, time and specific location in which any such incident occurred; the name of the individual/group reporting an incident; details of any group or organisation the reporting individual belonged to as well as full details of any incident including any action required following the incident and the final outcome.

I enclose a copy of the information you requested. Please note that this information is caveated in the financial memorandum as Police Scotland advised that the data only covers incidents reported to Police Scotland under current legislation.
As you note, the data in the financial memorandum refers to reported incidents between January and October 2022. The data in the enclosed document also shows the incidents reported in 2020 and 2021, which were not included in the financial memorandum to ensure estimations were based on the most recent data.
