How many citizens were refused discharge from their Protected Trust Deed (PTD) from 01/04/2023 to 31/03/2024? Can this info also show how many cases belonged to each Insolvency Practitioner. How much money was ingathered from citizens who failed to be discharged for their PTD from 01/04/2023 to 31/03/2024? If possible, please can you give a breakdown of money ingathered by each Insolvency Practitioners. What was the average length of time from a PTD being protected to the PTD failing and the citizen being refused their discharge? How much of the money ingathered was paid out as a dividend to creditors? What was the average amount of debt for these failed cases? How many of these cases were homeowners? How many of these cases then self-sequestered via a debtor application. Please advise of how many of these cases were Minimal Asset Process applications.
