information on how much the Scottish Government has spent on the swimming pool since December 15th 2022, specifically broken down into the following categories:

Pool maintenance (broken down for each month since and including December 2022); Heating the pool (broken down for each month since and including December 2022); and Closing/draining the pool (broken down for each month since and including December 2022).

You also requested information on the current condition of the swimming pool, including whether it has been drained, filled in and whether the room is currently being used for any other purpose.

Response

Pool maintenance since and including December 2022 - £0.00. Heating the pool since and including December 2022 - £0.00. Closing/draining the pool since and including December 2022 - £18,177.60.

The instruction to close the pool was given on 06 December 2022. The cost shown is a one off cost to drain the pool and make safe all associated plant and equipment.

You also asked for information relating to the pool's current condition. Since it has been drained the facility has remained dormant. The pool has not been filled in and is not currently being used for any other purpose.
