The Scottish Public Pensions Agency to provide details of the current contract covering reprographics/print arrangements under the Freedom of Information Act 2002 as follows:
Number of MFDs (Multi-functional devices) & photocopiers at Scottish Public Pensions Agency: Name of incumbent. Start/end date of contract (if expired, WHEN do you expect to revisit the marketplace). Details of any extension options. What framework / Route to market used. Number of regular/desktop printers (in addition to above). Is there a support contract on above, if yes please state start/end date. Does SPPA have a Print Room. If yes, name of supplier, number of devices and start/end date of contract, also details of any extension options. Total annual print/copy volumes including, if applicable your Print Room, for (a) mono (b) colour. What Print software does SPPA run. Your total annual spend on print. Who is responsible for this contract at SPPA.

8) Yes, we have a print room.
9) Print room contains one of the four aforementioned MFDs.
10) For period April 2023 to March 2024, the total annual print/copy volumes were (a) mono - 203,116 (b) colour – 195.
11) Equitrac.
12) For period April 2023 to March 2024, the total annual spend for on-site printing was £2,044.16 (inc VAT).
