The Scottish Government Justice Social work database is not a live system and information is collected in financial years. The data for 2021-22 was effected by the closure of Scottish courts during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Scottish Government does not have the information you have asked for 2010/11 because the community payback order was introduced by The Criminal Justice and Licensing (Scotland) Act 2010 and came into effect from 11 February 2011 onwards.
