2023/24 Revenue Share Scheme proposal: FOI release
Information requested
Information relating to the 2023/24 Revenue Share Scheme proposal that has been put to Transport Scotland from Scotrail for approval. ScotRail Head of Employee Relations communicated on 4th January that this had been sent over and a response was due from Transport Scotland in due course. Given this is now 9 weeks ago I’d like to know its current status.
Response
I can clarify that proposals for the revenue share scheme were submitted to Transport Scotland on 26 January 2024. We have replied to Scottish Rail Holdings and ScotRail advising that the proposals did not meet the required criteria specified by Transport Scotland.
