Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system providers: FOI release

Information requested

Information on the provider(s) Scottish Government are using for ERP (e.g. ERP, Oracle, Civica, Unit4) and CRM (e.g. Microsoft, Salesforce, Workday) system, and the name of the payments provider.

Response

It is our intention to implement Oracle Cloud ERP during this financial year. Paygate and Finastra are our payment platforms. The organisation does not utilise a corporate CRM system but Salesforce is used in a limited number of individual areas.
