Information requested
Neil Gray flew to Belgium on 28 November 2022 and returned 1 December 2022:
1. On 28 November 2022, from what airport in Scotland did he fly from? And what airport in Belgium did he fly to? 2. On 1 December 2022 from what airport in Belgium did he fly from? And what airport in Scotland did he fly to?
Response
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested. Therefore we are refusing that portion of your request under the exception at regulation 17(1) Information not held of FOISA. The reason is we no longer hold copies of the booking confirmations for Mr Gray's journey to Belgium as these have been routinely deleted in line with our records management practice. This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested.
On his return, Mr Gray travelled from Brussels South Charleroi Airport to Edinburgh Airport.
