While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested. Therefore we are refusing that portion of your request under the exception at regulation 17(1) Information not held of FOISA. The reason is we do not hold copies of the booking confirmations for Mr McKee's journey to Poland as these have been routinely deleted in line with our records management practice. This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested.

On his return, Mr McKee travelled from Gdansk Lech Walesa Airport to Edinburgh Airport.
