The answer to your question is:

The First Minister received briefings ahead of all scheduled meetings at COP28. The First Minister's meetings at COP28 were arranged by Scottish Government officials in coordination with foreign government counterparts. A record was kept of the First Minister’s meetings – including topics discussed - and will be published here in due course: Ministerial engagements, travel and gifts: August 2023 - gov.scot (www.gov.scot)
