Information requested

All correspondence or records of meetings between the Scottish Government, and any representative of the groups Stonewall, the Equality Network, or Scottish Trans, regarding the Scottish Government's proposed conversion therapy bill, since January 1, 2023.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because an exemption(s) under section(s) section 38(1)(b) (personal information), section 28 (relations with the United Kingdom) and section 29 (policy formulation) of FOISA applies to that information. The reasons why those exemptions apply are explained in the Annex to this letter.
