Disclosure Scotland's Service Level Agreement information: FOI release

Disclosure Scotland has an SLA indicating the aim to deal with 90% of applications within 14 days.
Specifically what is time frame agreed for 10% of applications which do not make this 14 day target?
What is the real waiting time for the above. Effectively I am asking what has been the shortest time delay after missing the 14 days and also what has been the longest to date?

1. What is time frame agreed for 10% of applications which do not make this 14 day target
Our Service Level Agreement (SLA) is to complete 90% of disclosure applications within 14 days. For the remaining 10% of applications that do not meet the 14‑day target, we do not set a separate or guaranteed timeframe. Such applications usually take longer because further enquiries or additional checks are required, which can cause delays.
For example, we may be required to contact the following agencies:
ACRO Criminal Records Office for EU checks The Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service UK law enforcement bodies, including Police Scotland

2. What has been the shortest time longer than 14 days
Disclosure Scotland has completed applications immediately after the 14 day SLA.
3. What has been the longest to date
The longest duration a completed application has taken to process, including waiting on external parties to provide us with additional information, is 581 days in 2021.
