Details of all meetings of the short-life working group on prostitution: FOI release

With reference to my previous request ref. 202100263332, I would like to make the following request under FOISA:
Details of all meetings of the short-life working group on prostitution, including minutes. I understand that the final formal meeting of this group was held on April 19th 2022. Please can you confirm that the working group therefore no longer exists?
You previously used the exemption s.27(1) on the basis that minutes were intended to be published within 12 weeks. I am unable to find evidence that those minutes have been published.
Response
The short life working group will have a role in supporting the design of the fundamental principles which will guide the development of the model (now referenced as a framework). The minutes from these meetings are attached, and will be made available on the Scottish Government website shortly.
As stated above, the final formal meeting took place on 19 April 2022. The minutes from this meeting are still being finalised and will appear on the webpage in due course. Therefore, in terms of the minutes relating to the meeting on 19 April 2022, an exemption under s.27(1) (information intended for future publication) of FOISA is considered applicable, and the Scottish Government will aim to publish these within the 12 week window. Please see Annex for further explanation.
The group no longer formally exists. However, engagement is ongoing as work takes place to finalise the fundamental principles which will guide the framework.
