How many people have accessed the advocacy service since it was launched? 501 cases with 713 enquiries from clients. How many of these interventions involved face to face meetings? 205 cases. How many interventions were done by telephone or virtually? 296 cases. Can you break this down by local authority area? A full postcode breakdown has been attached (Annex A). How much has this cost? £1,648,219. Is there any method of measuring success or KPI's and if so how is the contract performing? Relevant data has been attached (Annex B).
