Closure of Ryehill Medical Practice in Dundee: FOI release
Information requested
Copies of all correspondence relating to the closure of Ryehill Medical Practice in Dundee, between the Cabinet Secretary for Health and Social Care and his office, and all interested parties. For the avoidance of doubt, this would include other elected officials and politicians, the NHS Board, Practice managers and others.
Response
Humza Yousaf MSP, the Cabinet Secretary for Health and Social Care responded to queries about Ryehill Medical practice to Councillor Bill Campbell on 4 March 2022 and Michael Marra MSP & Councillor Richard McCready on 14 March 2022. A response was also issued on behalf of Mr Yousaf to Alex Cole-Hamilton on 31 March 2022.

On 2 March 2022 Michael Marra MSP asked the parliamentary question “To ask the Scottish Government what discussions it has had with NHS Tayside in light of reports of the closure of GP practices.” Mr Yousaf provided a response at the Portfolio Question Time on 9 March 2022.
