The salary bands for each Director role within the Senior Management Team and the number of staff managed by each Director – for this latter point please include staff that are either managed directly or who work in teams which report to eventually to each Director.

Includes only staff from 1 directorate of TS. Staff in this directorate report to Director 2, however are still ultimately accountable to Director 1 as CEO.
