The answer to your questions are:
1. The information you have requested is available from The Scottish Funding Council (SFC) that published the ‘College Infrastructure Strategy – The Approach to Delivering Scotland’s Infrastructure Plan’ on 24 November 2022 - College Infrastructure Strategy: The approach to delivering Scotland’s College Infrastructure Plan (sfc.ac.uk).
Under section 25(1) of FOISA, we do not have to give you information which is already reasonably accessible to you. If, however, you do not have internet access to obtain this information from the website(s) listed, then please contact me again and I will send you a paper copy.
2. No Scottish Government funding via the Scottish Funding Council was specifically allocated to the development of the ‘estates strategy for Scotland’s colleges’.
3.
