Please provide all internal Scottish Government discussion on the treatment of Renewables Obligation Certificates (ROCs) in the annual Government Expenditure and Revenue Scotland (GERS) publication. Please restrict the search to discussions taking place from 1st January 2019 - date.

There are no records of internal Scottish Government discussions on the treatment of Renewables Obligation Certificates (ROCs) in the annual Government Expenditure and Revenue Scotland (GERS) publication since 1 January 2019. There have been no changes in the methodology used in GERS and we get the data directly from the Office for National Statistics (ONS).
