Transport Scotland does not have some of the information you have asked for because we have no budget confirmed for the financial years beyond the 2022/23.

For 2022/23 we have the following confirmed budgets:
£97.5m for Investigation, Design, Refurbishment, Strengthening & Construction £6.5m for Routine inspection and maintenance
